STAFF DESERVE MORE ADHERENCE, RESPECT AND ESTEEM – FOR THEM TO CONTINUE TO WORK DILIGENTLY, LOYALLY AND FAITHFULLY – AND ALSO NOT TO BE PREOCCUPIED WITH MONEY MATTERS!!

Let me ask this blunt question!
How would you feel if your Uncle from home sent you a Letter by Post Office from Home writing about very Personal, Confidential and Family secrets and aspects – and it arrives at the Office – and they stop the letter, open it and read it?
What is the difference to an Email?
It still is PERSONAL addressed to The Staff!
And frankly who Blocks Emails sent to your old friends or peoples that you know in your old Company that you left – let it be not on good terms?
I guess the Answer has to be – Shoddy Insecure Not Confident Peoples that lack Professionalism, Ethics, Principles, Responsibilities and Accountabilities.
Some characters behave in Companies as if they are Saddam Hussein as The Dictator of the Offices.
It is a bloody scam, shame and pity that these things can happen in our country now. And From Whom? From peoples supposed to come from so-called Democratic States (and better to us!) that need to show and demonstrate by example and deed – by action – and not empty words and rhetoric!
I cry FOUL – BLOODY SHAME!!
Second Most Important Question – Which is more important?
Blocking emails and creating hatreds, angst and animosities with ex Staff – or ensuring that you look after, care, feel for your Staff and Customers cum Clients? Pay them On Time? Make them happy, satisfied and motivated? When Staff do not get paid in time (with returned checks), their mind is NO LONGER on the job, duties and responsibilities.
The Ministry of Manpower has given a Hot Number to contact in such cases – and cases where Jobs Reserved for Omanis are done by Expatriates under false names and pretenses. It is a Bloody Shame on some State Of The Art and Prestigious Projects are run – like Sandwich Shops!
