The New book A Cry For Help! – will appeal more to the younger Omanis to avoid them for dangers and pitfalls in their jobs and career lives – and even the older generation too if still working.
For the rest it will make them understand many things – and that includes the FEW misbehaving Expatriates amongst our midst (and Few Omanis that copy and emulate them too!) – and with due and sincere apologies for generalisation as being not in!
It addresses the increased fundamentalism, extremism, lack of tolerance and forbearance – in the workforces – especially in relationships and interfaces between Omanis and Expatriates!

It is easy to criticise outside – but not that easy to write a book – and 5 in total – with two in Management.

I just wanted to let you know here on my New Management Book.
If you are an Omani and feel like one, or an Expatriate that respects, adheres and values Oman and its peoples welcome, acceptance, respect and adherence to our ‘invited guests’ to Oman you will buy this book and understand and value it!
The only peoples that will hate this book are the FEW (Repeat FEW!) Expatriates that misbehave and ill treat our especially young Omanis at the work front – and those again FEW Omanis that support them and behave like more as Expatriates than citizens of this land.
We need to talk to each other – and communicate face to face vis-à-vis for sure. But avoid ‘personal attacks and subduing tactics – just because your views are different – or you do not like what you have read! (Or you are an involved person)!
Incidentally, I have paid for this publication myself from my own meagre PDO Pension Salary – and its base.
Nobody had helped me or supported me at all in this regard despite all the calls for supporting Human Resources Development, Self-Employment, SMEs, Omani talents, competencies and Entrepreneurship Development in the country
